Working out at home

Here is a bodyrock workout that I did the other day, that doesn't require any equipment, and you can do it anywhere you are!
The workout is called Hot Attack ( click here for the workout ), and it will attack your legs :)
It takes only 12 minutes!
It has 4 small parts, and the workout breakdown is:


You will need a timer to keep you on track, that will help you a lot. there is an online timer here:
tabata timer, and you set it for 4 rounds of 10 and 50 seconds.




If you just don't want to use the timer, you can do the reps next to the exercise.



1st part :4 min, 10/50 sec
Crab Toe Touch 30
Dive Bomber 10
2nd round: 2 min, 6 rounds, 10/10 sec
Jump Lunge   5
Mountain Climber  20
3rd part, 4 minutes, 10/50 sec
One Leg squat & 1 leg pike press 6
Sumo knee tuck L&R, & jump up 12
4th round: 2 min, 6 rounds, 10/10 sec
Jump Lunge 5
Mountain Climber 20
 
You can do 50 burpees for some extra cardio, it will take about 7 minutes!

PS: I like to do some yoga after I workout, to improve my splits and other poses :)
